If you are installing your home on a rented lot, we have a home only program with as little down as 5%. If you own your own land and want to use it as your down payment we have a program for that. If you are buying land to place your home on and want to finance the land and the home, we have a land/home or a mortgage loan available. | Our parts and accessories store is located at our sales center. We stock furnaces and central air units, water heaters, plumbing parts, doors, windows, skirting, anchors and other items pertaining to the home business. We just hired Denny Robinson to run our parts department. He comes to us with 32 years of experience. We accept Mastercard & Visa. |
| Repairs |
| We have a service department capable of an emergency service on furnaces, water heaters, plumbing, electrical, and even a certified installer of air conditioners. |
| Moving |
| If you already have a manufactured home and you want to relocate, we have the equipment and insurance to move it. |
| Foundations,Basements, and Garages |
| If you buy a manufactured home from us and want to put in a basement or build a garage, we can take care of that. We work closely with a contractor who specializes in building foundations and garages. |
| Arrowhead Acres Community |
